Meat trimmer — Grand Isle County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Grand Isle County, Vermont. You will work in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 4+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided.
