Oven operator • Outagamie County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
