Urgent requirement: GMAW welder (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Gonzales County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols What we are looking for: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
