Tig welder — Pulaski County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tig welder in Pulaski County, Missouri. The job is in a food and dairy equipment factory. The role involves set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; carry out 6G pipe welds where required. You should have: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
