Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Russell County, Virginia. You will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. What we are looking for: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding 6+ years on the tools preferred.
