Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
