What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory You will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching.
