Plant operator • Petersburg Borough, Alaska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Petersburg Borough, Alaska. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. On the job you will handle: • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
