What we are looking for: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Day to day you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
