Your main tasks: • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time Ideal candidate: • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times Full-time, day shift.
