Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble polisher in Barbour County, Alabama. Requirements: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching The role involves polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; work from cutting lists and installation drawings; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish.
