What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
