Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Howell County, Missouri. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
