The role involves torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe.
