We are recruiting: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Cocke County, Tennessee. The job is at a sheet metal roofing workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) The role involves: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling 4+ years on the tools preferred.
