Gtaw welder wanted in Crawford County

Join our team: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Crawford County, Ohio. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection The role involves: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
