Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Grant County, North Dakota. You will work on residential new-build sites. Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day The role involves: • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
