Immediate opening: wall and floor tiler (New York)

Now hiring: we are hiring a wall and floor tiler in New York County, New York. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. On the job you will handle: • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling You should have: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
