You should have: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
