Production line inspector • Kingman County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production line inspector in Kingman County, Kansas. You will be based on a garment production line. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Your main tasks: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items 1+ years on the tools preferred.
