Dishwashing attendant • Saline County, Arkansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Saline County, Arkansas. You will be based in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
