Your main tasks: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required Requirements: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
