Now hiring: catering cook (Osun State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Ola Oluwa, Osun State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₦250,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
