Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Glenn County, California. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. The role involves grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. Requirements: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Full-time with occasional weekends.
