Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Clare County, Michigan. The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
