Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality checker in Crawford County, Kansas. You will raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
