Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Fayette County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. Requirements: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
