You should have: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Your main tasks: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
