Vacancy available: we are hiring an air conditioning installer in Hardin County, Illinois. The job is on new-build apartment projects. Day-to-day duties: • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge You should have: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Can read electrical and piping schematics At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
