Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 6+ years on the tools preferred.
