Powder spray gun operator wanted in Cuming County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Cuming County, Nebraska. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
