Join our team: we are hiring a HSE officer in Wayne County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
