GMAW welder • Yenegoa, Bayelsa State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Yenegoa, Bayelsa State. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
