Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in South Ayrshire, Scotland. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well Full-time, day shift.
