Immediate opening: cnc production machinist (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Watauga County, North Carolina. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Day to day you will check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear.
