Powder coating line operator wanted in Hockley County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hockley County, Texas. The job is on an industrial coating line. You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
