Electrostatic spray painter • Alameda County, California

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Alameda County, California. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
