Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Lake County, Illinois. You will work on an industrial coating line. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time with occasional weekends.
