Now hiring: we are hiring a safety inspector in Calhoun County, South Carolina. On a typical shift you will inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. Ideal candidate: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
