Cake decorator wanted in Jackson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Jackson County, Indiana. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
