Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Webster County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Day to day you will check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; service split AC units and VRF systems. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
