Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hoist operator in Causeway Coast and Glens, Northern Ireland. Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) The role involves: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams Meals and transport allowance provided.
