Dish pit attendant • Ikere, Ekiti State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ikere, Ekiti State. You will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
