Sample machinist wanted in Faskari

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sample machinist in Faskari, Katsina State. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. Ideal candidate: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Day to day you will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer ₦150,000 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
