Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 4+ years on the tools preferred.
