Bench joiner — Bonneville County

Join our team: we are hiring a bench joiner in Bonneville County, Idaho. You will be based on a commercial fit-out site. On a typical shift you will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops. Requirements: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
