Now hiring: we are hiring an automotive electrical technician in Nassau County, Florida. You will be based at a roadside auto repair shop. Requirements: • Steady hands for soldering fine connections • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently • Skilled with multimeter, test lamp and diagnostic scanner Day-to-day duties: • Trace and fix short circuits and earthing faults • Install alarms, immobilisers and central locking • Replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches • Check charging system output and battery voltage • Solder and heat-shrink wiring joints • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
