We are recruiting: we are hiring a café server in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
