HVAC-R technician — Fond du Lac County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. The job is at a supermarket cold-chain site. Day to day you will install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; service split AC units and VRF systems. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms 2+ years on the tools preferred.
