Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Buchanan County, Virginia. Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
